On Friday 29 November 2024, the Interdisciplinary Observatory on Climate Change and the Political and Electoral Observatory (OPEL) are jointly organising the Climate Emergency and Public Policies seminar. In two panel discussions, combining invited public managers and experts and representatives of the two observatories, the event promotes the release of the report Climate Emergency and Public Policies: Mapping Citizens’ Perceptions at the Local Level, a publication that presents the results of a collective survey aimed at understanding how Brazilian women and men are dealing with climate change.
Open to all who are interested, the seminar will be held from 2pm to 5.30pm, in person, at the Graduate Auditorium of the Institute of Philosophy and Human Sciences (IFCH/UERJ), on the Maracanã campus of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) – R. São Francisco Xavier, 524, Rio de Janeiro (RJ).
