UERJ/GIGA international partnership promotes lecture by Detlef Nolte at IESP-UERJ
On 7 April, the project ‘Climate Obstruction and Foreign Policy in Comparative Perspective’ (PROBAL CAPES DAAD UERJ/GIGA ), an international partnership between the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro and the German Institute for Global and Area Studies, will welcome German political scientist Detlef Nolte to give a lecture at IESP-UERJ, with the support of the OIMC and LABMUNDO.
